Instead, all securities-related services are facilitated through FINALIS SECURITIES LLC (Member FINRA/SIPC, CRD #305908), an unaffiliated registered broker-dealer.
  • SVH Capital and its members are registered representatives of FINALIS SECURITIES LLC.

FINRA and SIPC membership provide certain protections for investors involving broker-dealer activities. SVH Capital does not engage in securities transactions or investment banking services directly.
